Our meet this Thursday is at Arbor View. If you have not yet declared your swimmer, please do that by 10:00pm tonight!

The pool address is 100 Highlands Drive, Woodstock, GA30188. It's off East Cherokee. They are having a USA theme for the meet. So feel free to come decked out in all the red, white, & blue.

Please have your swimmer at the pool by 5:00pm. If you have signed up to work 1st shift, please arrive by 4:45pm. We cannot arrive before 4:30. Please be sure to check your swimmer in when you get to the meet. We've had a few miss this the last couple of meets.

No spectators are allowed on the deck during their meets. We will only be allowed to set up chairs in green space around the clubhouse. It is shaded and where parents have to remain while waiting for their athlete’s event. Think of it as tailgating. You can come in to watch your child's specific event, but then must return to the green space when your child isn't swimming. The bullpens will remain on the pool deck, and it is IMPERATIVE that your child stay in their bull pen.

The pool is 5 ft on one end so they will have dive blocks. Reminder that only those swimmers who have been dive certified may dive during a meet.

Their parking lot is small, so expect to have to park on the street. Please be respectful of the residents and obey the signs.

They will have concessions selling hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. Only cash and credit card payments via Square will be accepted.

We need a few tents to shade the athletes while they're in the bull pens. 

Lastly, they will have both a parent relay and a coaches relay during the half time break. If you wish to swim for the parent relay, please reply to this email.
